CANCELLATION POLICY

Please cancel appointment 12 hours in advance. Cancellations with less then a 12 hour notice will be charged at 50% service value. Cancellations with less then a 2 hours notice will be charged 100% of the service value. If you have multiple appointments, please contact to cancel services not needed before your appointment time. Services cancelled day of will be charged at 50% service value. Please cancel on scheduling website. When appointment is cancel you will receive an email/text confirming your appointment. Do not DM/Social media to cancel your appointment.
